West Burlington's last day of school for the 24-25 school year is set for Wednesday June 4. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 pm. All high school students will have open campus lunch privileges on this day. I have attached a copy of the day's schedule for your convenience. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the WBAHS Class of 2025! The program began with a heartfelt best wishes from Principal Snodgrass to the dynamic duo Raylee Ayer and Lauren Allen's class address, to recognizing our three amazing Valedictorians Kylie Hamma, Emelya Glandon, and Zack Wilke to every student senior walking the stage and receiving their well-earned diplomas, the day was truly a perfect way to celebrate the class and send them off to the next chapter in their lives. Today we recognized the West Burlington Independent School District staff members for 5, 10, 15, 25, and 30 years of service. West Burlington would not be the special place it is without every single one of these staff members! Go Falcons!

Mr. Ryan's Public Safety Class took field trips to the Burlington Police Department and to the Des Moines County Jail. Thank you to both groups for allowing our students access to the police department and the jail. We appreciate you!

Congratulations to 3rd grader Remy Royer who scored in the top 2% of all third grade students in mathematics on the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress in spring 2025. Way to Soar Remy!
