💉👩🏻⚕️- Des Moines County Public Health Department is hosting several back to school immunization clinics at its new location 505 Curran Street in Burlington. 🩹 7th and 12th grade immunization clinics- August 14 & 21 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. 🩺 Pre-k and Kindergarten immunization clinic- August 20 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Per Iowa Code chapter 139 A(6) and Iowa Administration code 641-7 your child may not attend school until they receive these vaccines or have turned in a valid Certificate of Immunization Exemption (Religious or Medical).
