West Burlington Elementary PTO 2011-2012:

 Our first PTO Meeting will be Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 6:30 pm in the Elementary School Library.  Our meetings usually do not go for more than an hour.  Please come and join us and bring a friend!  We would love to meet you and hear your ideas:)!

*Don't forget to stop by the PTO table at registration on August 1 and 2.  We will be selling old yearbooks, school cookbooks and you can drop off your box tops/soup labels.  We will also have sign-up sheets for the following events!

*Tri-State Fundraiser- help with sorting items and checking off when parents pick them up- end of October 2011

*Red Ribbon Week- October 2011

*Santa's Shop- we will need volunteers to help with setting up and running Santa's Shop- December 2011

*Family Movie Night- we need help serving refreshments and cleaning up after the movie- February or March 2012

*Fun Fest 2012- we need lots of volunteers to help with set up, running games, food, and clean up.  We are also in need of Silent Auction donations so if you or your business is interested in donating items for our Silent Auction, please let us know asap.  We will be happy to publish your name or business on the PTO school website and on our Facebook page:)!- March or April 2012

*Staff Appreciation Week- food donations for staff for breakfast one day and lunch another.  Setting up the food in the teacher's lounge.  If your business is interested in donating items for our staff that week, please let us know and we will asap.  We will be happy to publish your name or business on the PTO school website and on our Facebook page:)!- May 2012
