"Reading Takes You Where You Want To Go"

We at West Burlington High School believe that all people, especially our students, can improve their reading ability.  Really, for many of us it has kind of become a mission.  Truly there is no one more important skill a school can give a student than the ability to read successfully.  With that said I hope my website can serve as a reference and source of information throughout the course of this school year.

The website has a variety of things on it including tips about practicing reading, places to go to find good novels and of course my weekly lesson plans.  Please feel free to browse, and if you have any questions shoot me an email through our school's email addresses.  Reading really does take a person where they want to go, the key how much we become a part of our own reading journey.
